Information You Send
A name, phone number, or address entered into a search box is sent to the third-party provider that returns the result. Our servers do not retain a copy of those queries. If you contact us, we receive the details you include in the message and use them to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Hosting systems may record routine logs such as IP address, browser, pages requested, and time of request. We use aggregate patterns to maintain the service and understand page use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics or advertising measurement.
How Data Is Used
Information is used to operate, secure, measure, and improve the service, and to answer messages. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
External Services
County and state portals, library collections, archive websites, and sponsored search services have their own practices. Their privacy policies govern information submitted directly to them.
Who Can Process Data
Hosting, analytics, and support providers may process the technical information described here for us. Data may also be disclosed when a valid legal process requires it.
Security Practices
The service uses an encrypted connection and retains logs only as long as the purposes above reasonably require. Because there are no user accounts, this site does not hold a visitor password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor has sent information so it can be removed.
Your Privacy Choices
Where applicable, the New Jersey Data Privacy Act, P.L.2023, c.266, N.J.S.A. 56:8-166.4 et seq., provides covered consumer-data rights including access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-outs. Publicly available information and government records have important exclusions. Because this site keeps very little data, a request usually concerns a contact message or log data. Use the Contact page. A public-record removal request must go to its governmental custodian.
Policy Updates
Any revision will appear on this page. Continued use after publication of a revised policy indicates acceptance of that version.
